Tasting notes:The Dark red and deep
color is an indication of the complexity
of this wine. It has a strong aroma of
berries and spices. The palate is dense
and full-bodied, young and balanced,
showing an intense attack of typical
Douro floral flavors complemented by
hints of chocolate and liqueurs, all built
on a solid tannic structure. Sweet, with a
long, velvety finish. A great nectar with
great aging potential.
Food Pairing: It can be appreciated as an
aperitive or on any other ocasion. Ideal
accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
How to serve: Best served at 15-18ºC .
Alcohol : 20 % .

Winemaking: The traditional winemaking
process of fermentation allows us to obtain
excellent Vintage ports. The harvest itself
was a magnificent one with which to start.
Good sugars of maturation and deep colors
in the grapes were the raw material that Port
winemakers see only a few times per decade.
