Torres Wine Sangre de Toro is made from a blend of Red Grenache 65% and Carignan 35%. Miguel Torres named the wine after the Roman god of wine Baco, "The Bull's son". Aging during 6 months in French and American oak barrels.
On nose, hints of spices and blackberries.
On palate, silky, smooth tannins, elegant notes of licorice, black pepper and currant.
Pairing: Aged Cheese, Game Animals, Grilled Red Meats, Legume, Roasts, Stews.
Best served in Bordeaux Glass
Serve between 12ºC and 16ºC
